If you are, the Prevention, Health and Wellness Division of the Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck Community Services Board is looking for your help.

The agency, in partnership with the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, is conducting the Virginia Young Adult Survey. Text “Virginia” to 855-632-2201 and click on the response link to share your experiences and opinions about substance abuse and mental health.

Your answers to the survey will remain anonymous. The MPNN CSB will provide a $25 incentive gift card to thank you for your time. You may need to complete a form with your complete name and information to receive it.
