Mathews Memorial Library will be closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday for the holiday, but Gloucester libraries will be closed on Monday only.
All Waste Management facilities in Gloucester will be closed on Monday, but the Mathews Transfer Station will be open for normal hours.
ABC stores in both counties will close early on Monday, at 6 p.m.
