SPECIAL ED: The Board of Control for the Middle Peninsula Regional Special Education Program will meet at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Middlesex Elementary School. MPRSEP serves autistic, severely disabled and multi-disabled students from Gloucester, Mathews, Middlesex and West Point.
