The quest for additional funding for renovations at Gloucester High School will be one of several topics the Gloucester County Board of Supervisors will discuss with the Gloucester School Board at Tuesday’s joint meeting of the two boards. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the T.C. Walker Education Center’s auditorium.

Other items on the agenda include a discussion of preliminary SOL/Academic results for the schools and an update on the opening of schools this year and enrollment information. The schools will also discuss its capital project requests for fiscal years 2021 through 2025.

In other news, Gloucester’s assistant county administrator Carol Steele will lead a discussion on the increased broadband access potential for Gloucester County. Both boards will review the school system’s fall activities calendar and will discuss the school system’s legislative priorities. ...
