Capital projects on agenda as two boards meet

A discussion of school capital projects will be one of the top issues discussed at Tuesday night’s joint meeting between the Gloucester County Board of Supervisors and the Gloucester School Board. The two boards will convene at 7 o’clock at the T.C. Walker Education Center auditorium.

Other items that are scheduled to be discussed include recent academic results and the school system’s opening update and enrollment information.

At the end of Tuesday night’s meeting, the school board will adjourn and the board of supervisors will enter a closed session to discuss personnel matters. The closed meeting is expected to pertain to ongoing discussions with the search firm that was hired to seek the county’s next permanent county administrator. ...
