The Battered Badger, a local food truck specializing in hot dogs, fries, specialty sandwiches, deep-fried sides and an Irish/Southern drop-off catering menu, will hold a soft opening for its brick-and-mortar location on Saturday, according to Nicole Shults. The restaurant is located at 6545 Market Drive at the former location of Ann’s Family Diner. The restaurant will have a limited menu while the employees are being trained, Shults said.
