William Hughes “Billy” Fibbiani, 63, of Gloucester, passed away on Sept. 12, 2021 at his home. He was born in Richmond and was a forklift operator.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Deloris Fibbiani, and a brother, Christopher Dale Fibbiani, and is survived by his significant other, Sharon West; her children, Jessica Baker (Brian), Nicholas West (Jessica); brothers, Leo John Fibbiani Jr. and Michael Scott Fibbiani; grandchildren, Christian, Mason, and Carter; several nephews and one niece, and his special companions, “Sassy” and “Rocky.”

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to National Kidney Foundation of Virginia, 1515 N. Military Hwy., Suite 106, Norfolk, Va. 23501. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
