Mary Arthur, volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association, addressed the Gloucester Rotary Club on Sept. 8 at the Peninsulas Emergency Medical Council (PEMS) office, Main Street Center. Arthur discussed the upcoming Walk to End Alzheimer’s to be held Oct. 1 at Botetourt Elementary School. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Club president Henry Moncure, at left, and immediate past president Nathan Hansen, right, are shown presenting a $100 donation from the club to the Alzheimer’s Association.
