Gloucester’s 2020 Holiday and Christmas Parade, scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday, will look a little different this year.

The virtual event, using shoebox-sized mini floats, will be filmed in front of a backdrop and will include commentary from an emcee.

The parade will be broadcast on Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism’s Facebook page, (www.facebook.com/GloPRT) and the website (www.gloucesterva.info/pr).
