Teresa May Bowden Savage, 64, of Gloucester Point, went to be with the Lord at her home surrounded by family Friday, Feb. 25, 2022. Teresa is survived by her children, Melissa Woodring (Jeffrey), Sean Savage, Shannon Savage, Jacob Savage, Tessa Combs (Matthew), and Timberlee Savage (Travis), and her “Bonus Daughter,” Wendy Harlow. She left behind 14 grandchildren; four bonus grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren; siblings, Johnny Bowden and Patsy Bowden Driscoll, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She will be remembered for her love and care to the many who called her Momma and Nina. A graveside service conducted by Pastor Ben Carr will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at the graveside and then gather at the Piankatank Community League in Harcum at 11888 Harcum Road, Gloucester, Va. 23061 for a celebration of Teresa’s life.
