Tammy Lynn Sears, 64, of Mathews, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2022. She was a member of Westville Baptist Church. Tammy enjoyed gardening, cooking, photography and loved being a caregiver, especially to the elderly.

She is survived by her four sons, Robbie Jarvis, Willie Jarvis, Michael McDevitt (Heather) and Christopher McDevitt; her grandchildren, Natalie, Jamie, Alex, and McKenzie; a brother, Bobby Sears (Tracy); a sister, Janice Bohannon, and her canine friend, “Ace.”

A graveside service was held on Friday, Aug. 5, 2022, at 10 a.m. in H.C. Smither Memorial Cemetery, Hudgins, Virginia.
Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, assisted the family.
