Sell-out crowd attends Seafood Festival

A beautiful clear fall day contributed to a sell-out crowd enjoying seafood and beverages on Oct. 17 at the Abingdon Ruritan Club’s Seafood Festival. Funds raised from this event will be added to the proceeds from other fundraisers held during the year. In December, the money will be donated to about 35 charitable, nonprofit organizations, mostly in the local area.
