Search for missing woman continues

The Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office continues to search for 29-year-old Ashley Cerasole who was last seen walking on south on Main Street the afternoon of Dec. 3.

“We’re still doing everything we can to find her,” said GCSO Lt. Diane Smith. Smith said officers have canvassed the Main Street area and employed canines and drones in the search. She said her office is still seeking to review surveillance video footage anyone might have of Main Street or Route 17 in the Court House area.

Cerasole was a resident of the Cary Avenue Adult Home in the Gloucester Court House. She is 5’3” tall, weighs 170 pounds, has hazel eyes and was wearing her brown hair pulled back in a ponytail. When last seen she was wearing a light multicolored (white, blue, pink) jacket. According to her mother, Cerasole needs medication which she does not have with her.
