The Abingdon Ruritan Club installed its new officers for 2023 at its annual Christmas Party on Dec. 12. Mike Morrison, at right, president-elect for Ruritan National, installed the club’s officers, from left, Gene Midkiff (five-year director), Ann Dugas (treasurer), Dianne Woolley (secretary), Wanda Sprouse (vice president) and Tony Dziadul (president). Morrison instructed the new officers with their call to duty and wished them luck in the coming year. The Abingdon Ruritans are focused on giving back to the Gloucester community and strive to increase its presence in helping the less fortunate members of the community, a release stated.
