Ruritan Club Chesapeake District Zone 4 Governor Don Sandridge administered the oath of office to the Gloucester Ruritan Club 2021 officers during its December meeting at Olivia’s in the Village. The Gloucester Ruritan Club is a community service organization dedicated to serving the residents of Gloucester.
