Robert Dale “Bob” Forinash Sr. of Foster, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021. He was born on Aug. 19, 1936 in Huttonsville, West Virginia. Bob retired from Ball Metal in Williamsburg, Virginia, after 27½ years as a machinist.

He was predeceased by his wife, Velma, and his parents, Dale and Hallie Forinash.

He is survived by his children, Brenda Gardner of Gloucester, Va., and Robert “Bobby” Forinash Jr. and his wife Eva of Foster; grandchildren, Melissa Gardner and Sarah Gardner of Gloucester; step-grandchildren, Melissa Davidson of Seaford, Va., Ashley McGown of Ware Neck, Va., and Jonathan Patrick of Newport News, Va.

An entombment service was held on Monday, Jan. 18, 2021. at 11 a.m. at Windsor Gardens Cemetery & Mausoleum, Dutton, Va.
