Quinn named a 2018 Champion of Health Care

Hayes resident Ann Quinn, a longtime board member, donor and advocate of the Gloucester-Mathews Care Clinic, will be recognized next month by the Virginia Association of Free and Charitable Clinics as a 2018 Champion of Health Care.

She will receive the “Funding Champion” award on Oct. 21 at VAFCC’s Champions of Health Care Awards Program and 25th Anniversary Banquet in Fairfax.

The awards program is intended to recognize leaders in the community who have made and continue to make a true impact on the health and quality of life in Virginia, according to a release from VAFCC. Quinn’s award will be presented by Mutual of America.
