Planners to hold work session tonight

The Gloucester County Planning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the Gloucester Library community room, Main Street Center.

Tonight, planners will continue their discussion on Article 9 regulations, focusing on open space and screening/buffering requirements. According to staff documents they will discuss “revisions to current Article 9-8 which requires buffering between nonresidential uses abutting residential districts.” They also have plans to discuss “open space requirements for various residential developments.”

The zoning ordinance update is the only item for discussion on tonight’s agenda.
