Otis L. Marshall, age 84, of Gloucester, went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Sue Marshall; three children, Tara Marshall, Farah Greene, Preston Marshall; six grandchildren, Makayla, Amber, Christian, Sabrina, John, and Tristan; two sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at Beaverdam Park (Roaring Springs side) in Gloucester, Saturday, April 3, 2021, from 1-5 p.m. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff at Riverside Walter Reed for their attentive care and support.
