LORRAINE INGRAM HOLLANDSWORTH

Lorraine Ingram Hollands-worth, 95, of Mathews, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021.
Lorraine was a devoted member of Salem United Methodist Church. She volunteered to help the sick at Walter Reed Hospital.

She was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Alice Mitchem; both husbands, George “Buck” Ingram and Earl Hollandsworth, and her brothers, Robert “Bobby” Mitchem and Russell Mitchem.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Loretta I. Hudgins (Tony); grandson, William Daryle Adams (Cheryl); granddaughter, Farrah Adams; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild, and two sisters, Gladys Kemp and Carolyn Watkins (Curtis).

The family will receive friends on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021, from noon-1 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, with the funeral services following immediately at 1 o’clock. Burial will follow in Trinity Church, Foster, Va. 23056.

The family especially wants to thank Diana Turner for her compassion and dedication to them during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lorraine’s memory to the Mathews Volunteer Rescue Squad, 94 Cricket Hill Road, Hudgins, Va. 23076 or to Macedonia Baptist Church, P.O.
