Mathews Memorial Library is joining its Main Street neighbors in offering a variety of family-oriented activities for Saturday as part of Autumn on Main.

All library activities are offered free of charge during regular hours of operation, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Individuals and families may join in the fun starting at 10 a.m., said a press release, with storytime for the very young, who will enjoy stories of acorns and falling leaves.

Movie time is scheduled for 11 a.m., with a presentation of “The Wizard of Oz” and popcorn for everyone.

For those who wish to enjoy a tour of the village, said the release, the library is sponsoring a scavenger hunt that calls for the location and identification of unusual and historic sites.
