The Seymour Jonas Levy Award was presented on Sept. 8 to Achilles Masonic Lodge #281. The award is based on the volume of blood products that are donated and credited to a lodge throughout the year. The Achilles Lodge received the award for its efforts in organizing local blood drives at the Abingdon Ruritan Club. The award was presented by District Blood Coordinator and Past Master Scott Trainer and accepted by Achilles Lodge Blood Drive Coordinator Robert Berry.
