Kevin Mclaren Spriggs, 67, of Cardinal, born Aug. 7, 1957, in Richmond, passed away on March 6, 2025.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, March 15 at Newington Baptist Church, 6269 Main Street, Gloucester.

Flowers may be brought/sent to the church after 11 a.m. Saturday.
