Jeffrey Dale Lowney, 47, of Gloucester, Va., passed away on Monday, Aug. 22, 2022, at Riverside Regional Medical Center. He was a lifelong resident of Gloucester.

He is survived by his parents, Robin and Kenneth Lowney; brother, Dale Lowney; his nieces, Faith Ayers and Faith Lowney. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lynsey.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, Aug. 26, 2022, from 1-2 p.m., with funeral services starting at 2 o’clock. Burial will be at Windsor Gardens Cemetery, Dutton, Va. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
