Gloucester planners to meet tonight

The Gloucester County Planning Commission will meet tonight at 7 o’clock in the colonial courthouse to hold a public hearing on a code amendment to the in part parcel requirements and platting requirement references.

According to planning and zoning documents, the proposed code amendment regarding modifying the platting requirements for In Part Parcel Subdivision Plats would include “the Owner’s Consent and Subdivision Agent’s Approval Certificates as well as correct the section references for the platting requirements for all other types of plats.”

Solar facilities

The planners will also continue their discussion on revisions for the solar facilities draft ordinance. They will discuss draft language prepared by staff pertaining to prohibiting development of solar facilities on existing slopes greater than eight percent.
