Sgt. Mike Bartley of the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office is shown with the toys collected through the Gloucester Jail’s Angel Tree program. With the support of Newington Baptist and Ware Episcopal churches, the program gave presents to 55 children of jail residents with a drive-thru delivery and sent another 70 toys out to children in the community.
