The Middlesex Shooting Sports Club will host “An Evening of Gourmet Dining and History,” at 6 p.m. Monday at the Middlesex Shooting Sports Club, 1860 Twiggs Ferry Road, Hartfield, according to club president Marty Feiner.
Chef Andre Smith Jr. will prepare a gourmet dinner. Guest presenter Pamela Russo will bring her expertise from years in museums and her current role as the Apprentice Weaver at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, to discuss her research on textile history, 18th century spinning, weaving and natural dyeing.
