The Taste of Middlesex Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15, at the Deltaville Maritime Museum and Holly Point Nature Park, 287 Jackson Creek Road, Deltaville.

The festival will feature live music by David Moran, Riptide, and the Ray Pittman Revival; food of all types; craft beer; a wine-tasting; a Classic Car Show; the Colonial Seaport Foundation’s sloop “Luna”; free deadrise creek cruises; and tours of the F.D. Crockett and boat shop, said a release.

There will also be model trains from the Rappahannock Railroaders and children’s games and activities.

The event is free, but there will be a per-car parking donation of $5, said the release.

All Middlesex restaurants and caterers are being invited to “put their best dish forward,” at the festival, said the release. Those wishing to participate should call 804-776-7200 or 804-695-4678.
