Deborah Kaye Howard, 65, of Newport News, died on Oct. 26, 2021, at Riverside Regional Medical Center.
She worked as a cafeteria manager for the City of Newport News School Systems.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jesse West, and is survived by her husband, Donald; mother, Rebecca Whalen; children, Douglas and Daniel; siblings, Teresa Holladay and Chris West, and 10 grandchildren.

The family received friends at Hogg Funeral Home from 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2.
