Daffodil Festival Queen, other applications to open Oct. 1

The 2023 Gloucester Daffodil Festival is scheduled for April 1-2 and will center around the theme, “Let’s Jazz it Up, the Trumpets are Blooming.”

The Gloucester’s Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department will begin accepting applications Oct. 1 for the 2023 Daffodil Festival Queen, Little Miss Daffodil, and the annual scholarship. The deadline for applications to be returned is Feb. 10, 2023.

Next year’s festival is set to feature live entertainment for all ages. The Amazing Mutt Show will also return for the 2023 event, among many other favorites.

“We appreciate all of our sponsors who continue to support the festival and welcome new sponsors,” said festival coordinator Debbie Wesolowski. “We could not do it without you.”
