Lana Puckett and Kim Person will present a Christmas concert at 7 p.m. Saturday at Buck’s Store Museum, Bena.

Tickets, at $20, are available online at guineaheritage.org.

The concert is a benefit for the Guinea Heritage Association, raising funds to update the century-old store as a community gathering place, said Ginny Snowden of GHA.

The store, operated for decades by Clarence “Buck” Rowe and his father before him, is being developed as a venue for entertainment and education, and as a place to store pictorial and oral history of Guinea, Snowden said. ...
