Abingdon Ruritan Club president Jimmy Leiffer presented club member Sandy Speers with a letter of commendation at this month’s membership meeting. She was recognized by the club for her hard work and dedication to leading the club’s food booth at the 2019 Guinea Jubilee. Speers and her husband will be relocating to Texas next month.
