All post offices, courts, county offices, school facilities, and DMV customer service centers in Gloucester and Mathews will be closed today, Thursday, June 19, in celebration of the Juneteenth holiday.
Gloucester libraries will be closed, but Mathews Memorial Library will be open from noon until 8 p.m., with a special program scheduled at 7 p.m.
All waste facilities and ABC stores in the two counties will be open regular hours.
