Every time Cambria Phillips and her mom, Michelle, go for a walk in their Gloucester Point neighborhood, they pick up roadside litter. All equipment is sanitized twice, and you pick it up contact-free from the backyard of the Stewart Building on Main Street on Friday afternoons or Saturday mornings.
