Christian Hanson Gibson, 43, Yorktown, died Friday, July 24, 2020, in Mary Immaculate Hospital, Newport News.

He was born in Newport News, and worked in construction.

He was preceded in death by his father, Yoman Gibson.

Survivors include his wife, Jennessa Lynn Gibson; mother, Sandra Leedy Gibson Conney, and siblings, Kimberly Leedy, Debra Jenner, Samantha Harmon, Russell Gibson, Michael Gibson, and Erik Gibson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Liver Foundation.

Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, Gloucester, is in charge of arrangements.
