The Guinea Heritage Association held its barbecue sale on Saturday in Bena. William Ellis, above, started preparing the 200 pounds of barbecue at 6 o’clock the previous morning. According to GHA secretary Sharon Zuber, every bit of the barbecue was sold, with more than 70 pounds sold as preorders.
