Joseph Anthoney Mastro, age 40, of Gloucester, died on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville. He was born in California on June 2, 1981 to Robert and Susan. Joe was a plumber by trade and had a passion for art, fishing, and making people smile. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, and survived by his mother, Susan Hesse; stepfather, Edward Hesse; brother, Mario Mastro (Tiffany); sister, Felicia Haase (Tim); a daughter, Taralee Mastro, and three nephews. A service of remembrance will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2021, in the chapel of Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. Inurnment will be private.
