Pamela Sue Mullins, 58, of Saluda, Virginia, passed away on September 17, 2026, surrounded by family and friends.
She was employed by MPNN CSB as the Resource Coordinator for NAMI, Peer Recovery Services, and 84 East.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Ball; her mother, Shirley Mullins; two sisters, Patsy Mullins (David) and Cynthia Carlton (Scott), and a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention or the American Cancer Society.
