Richard “Richie” Eugene Foster III, age 57, of Hayes, died on Saturday, October 3, 2026. He was born on December 4, 1968 to Richard E. Foster Jr. and Joan Clifford Williams. Richie worked as an electrical designer for a nuclear power plant. Richie was preceded in death by his brother, Rick Nelson. Richie is survived by his wife, Angela Y. Foster; brothers, Gil Nelson, Bo Nelson, Ryan Foster; sister, Jamie Gillis; stepmother, Judy Ann Norton Colby, and his “daughter,” Pamela Parks. He is also survived by his feline companions, Sullivan, Fancy, Queso, and Sylvester. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Hogg Funeral Home on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 11 a.m. The inurnment will be private.
