4th annual Fall Coat Drive underway

GibsonSingleton Virginia Injury Attorneys’ fourth annual Fall Coat Drive began Monday and continues through Dec. 21. The attorneys invite the public to drop off new or used coats from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, at their office at 4073 George Washington Memorial Highway, Hayes.

The firm is working as before with the Salvation Army in Gloucester, Gloucester United for Emergency Shelter Team (GUEST), Hampton Veterans Administration Medical Center, and other local organizations to distribute coats to people in need.

All who donate a coat will receive a free ice scraper or Christmas ornament. Donors can also register for drawings to win a road safety kit and other prizes. Drawings will be held throughout the drive. Groups are welcome to contribute as well.
