The Jubilee Churches of Gloucester will be celebrating the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity next week. There will be opportunities each day to gather at different churches for worship, scripture reading and prayer. The schedule is as follows: Monday, The First United Baptist Church, 2 p.m.; Tuesday 12:15-12:45 p.m.—Brown bag lunch at Ware Episcopal Church; Wednesday, Jan. 21, 12:15-12:45 p.m.—Brown bag lunch at St. Therese Roman Catholic Church; Thursday, Jan. 22, 12:15-1:45 p.m.—Brown bag lunch at Newington Baptist Church; Thursday, Jan. 22. Unity worship service at Newington Baptist Church at 7 p.m. A reception will be held after the service and an offering will be received for the Jubilee Fund; Friday, Jan. 23, 12:15-12:45 p.m.—Brown bag lunch at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church, and Saturday, Jan. 24, 12:15-12:45 p.m.—Brown bag lunch at Susanna Wesley United Methodist Church.
