Deborah S. Rhodes has been in real estate for 24 years, establishing her own business, Victory Rhodes Realty Services, in 2014. She provides assistance for buyers and sellers in locations surrounding the Peninsula, including the Northern Neck and properties toward Richmond. She handles new construction and resales along with lots and large parcels of property.

Always eager to learn and develop knowledge about the current market, Rhodes said she continues to serve areas throughout the different localities that she’s lived in or near. She said most of her business is by referral, something she truly appreciates, and she makes sure to network with realtors and brokers all over the U.S. doing referrals.

Rhodes said she had always worked in an office environment, serving in payments and billing and customer service until she decided to go to real estate school. She said she continues to do bookkeeping for her business, and she acts as a real estate coach.
