American Legion Post 75, Gloucester, will present a Veterans Day program from 3-5 p.m. Sunday on the steps of the Gloucester County Courthouse. Rick Ward will serve as guest speaker. Ward has lived in Gloucester County since 1964 and is a member fo the GHS Class of 1971. He is a life member of Middle Peninsula Detachment #1317 of the Marine Corps League. Last year, the Marine Corps League and American Legion post switched observances of Memorial Day and Veterans Day. In 2024, above photo, Petty Officer 2nd Class and local business owner Richard French was guest speaker for the Veterans Day program.
