Captain Sally Tompkins Chapter 2626 awarded its 2023 Captain Sally Tompkins Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 to Annabelle Morgan, who recently attended a luncheon in her honor with her mother Aimee Morgan, her grandmother Lynne Callis, and members of the UDC chapter. Her essay was titled “Medical Research in the 19th Century.” Morgan will attend Rappahannock Community College in the fall. Annabelle Morgan is shown with UDC president Marilyn Iglesias.
