U13 Swordfish win 3-2 in season finale

The U13 Baystars Swordfish closed out its season with a 3-2 win against the 2011 VA Reign Williamsburg Black. Team members include, from left, Shaelyn Slusher, Aubrey Lord, Melanie Mueller, Greylyn Sewell, Carley Phelps, Maddie Gray, Charlotte Small, Peyton King, and, in front, Riley Gale.

The U13 Baystars Swordfish team finished its indoor season with a win 3-2 against the 2011 VA Reign Williamsburg Black team. This win ended their season in second place. Melanie Mueller led the team with number goals for the season, while Charlotte Small, Maddie Gray and Greylyn Sewell each contributed multiple goals as well. Carley Phelps and Shaelyn Slusher each picked up a goal. Assists for the season were led by Aubrey Lord and Maddie Gray. Baystars’ home matches will be played at Woodville Park this spring season....
