Thomas Lynn Parady of Dutton, died peacefully on Oct. 27, 2020 at Riverside Regional Medical Center, Newport News. Tommy was born on Oct. 31, 1955 in Hartfield, Middlesex County, Virginia, to George and Ruby Parady, parents originally from Waterville, Maine. At a young age, his parents moved their family to Richmond. He graduated from Varina High School in Henrico County in 1974. One of his greatest passions was riding his motorcycle. For many years he worked at James River Paper Company in Richmond. As soon as Tommy retired, he moved to Mathews County. Tommy is survived by two grandsons, Brandon Parady and Dixon Loughlin of Richmond; three brothers, William Parady of Hampton, Albert Parady of Churchville, Kenneth Parady (Richmond); three sisters, Minnie Loughlin Spiggle of Chesterfield, Susan Parady Brown of Farmville, Virginia Parady Black of Farmville, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
Preceded in death were his parents, George and Ruby Parady; brothers, George Jr. and Robert Parady; sisters, Mildred Parady of Mathews, and Gladys Parady Slate, and his daughter, Brandy Parady Loughlin.
Cremation Society of Virginia, Newport News, assisted with arrangements.
