Habitat for Humanity of Gloucester-Mathews’ ReStore got a boost recently with a $1,500 donation from the Abingdon Ruritan Club. Danny Privott, 2017 National Ruritan President and current Chaplain for ARC, at right, presented the check to Carrie Fracasse, president of the Habitat for Humanity board of directors, and board member Mike Davis. The ReStore, located at 3727 George Washington Memorial Highway, Hayes, sells new and used donated items to the public, with proceeds benefitting Habitat for Humanity.
