Mahaila Burton of Port Haywood, and Virginia Silberhorn of Gloucester Point, were named to the dean’s list at Hollins University for the fall 2023 semester. To attain this distinction, students must earn at least a 3.5 average on a 4.0 grading scale.

Kayleigh Miller of Gloucester, was named to the dean’s list at Coastal Carolina University for the fall 2023 semester. Students who make the dean’s list have achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for the semester.

Farren Winter of Gloucester, was recently named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III National Academic Squad for the fourth time at Shenandoah University. She was also named to the Division III Scholars of Distinction by the same organization.
