Kristina Edwards graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in psychology from George Mason University during commencement ceremonies May 15. Edwards will pursue her master’s degree in psychology with assistantship at Radford University this fall. She is the daughter of Heath and Julie Edwards of Gloucester.

Morgan Elizabeth Sears of Mathews has been named to the spring semester president’s list at James Madison University where she is a senior majoring in interdisciplinary liberal studies. The recognition requires a 3.9 or higher grade point average.

Sidney Dougherty received a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology from Penn State University during commencement ceremonies held May 10. She will pursue studies toward licensure as a physical therapy assistant at the Riverside School of Health Careers. A 2010 graduate of Gloucester High School, Dougherty is the daughter of Joe and Beth Dougherty of Gloucester.
