The victim of a vehicular crash that occurred Monday, April 29, in upper Gloucester has been identified as Percy Lockley Jr., 61, of Topping. His identity was not released by Virginia State Police in time for the May 2 issue of the Gazette-Journal.

VSP said Lockley was ejected from his 2013 Hyandai Elantra and died at the scene after a collision on Route 17, near Glenns Road, with a 2008 Ford F-350. Both were traveling northbound.
